Online access to FD Campbell Library

There are a ton of ways to use your library - without leaving home! Let's try searching the online public access catalog (OPAC).
Begin by accessing FD Campbell Memorial Library's website at www.fdcampbelllibrary.org. Click "ENTER" on the small computer screen in the center of the page. This will take you into the library website where you will see a "stack of books" like the image on the left. These books are links to various information and services offered by the library.
While still on the library web page, try clicking on the book entitled "CATALOG." This will allow you to search FD Campbell's catalog. While here, you can use the search bar at the top of the web page choosing options from the drop down menu to search for book titles, authors, movie titles, subjects, and more.
Try this: Type "curious george" as a title option. Click on "search." Did you get over 50 entries? These results are items in the library that have "curious george" as part of the title. Click on one and it will take you to a specific item where you'll find the description of the item, where it is located in the library, whether it's available to borrow and other information specific to that particular item. You can manipulate your searches in many ways: save, sort, print, and more!
Would you like to ensure an item is still available for you when you get to the library? Simply call and ask the librarian to "hold" it for you. We'll gladly hold materials for a day or so until you can get in to pick them up.
